As per bye-laws no.45 the B.O.D. shall consist of 16 Directors as under :-

1. Six Directors to be selected by the producer members admitted.


2. Two Directors to be elected by non-producers members admitted.


3. Three Directors to be nominated by the State Govt. till Share Capital contributed by the Government is fully retired and load from financial institutions is repaid.


4. Two nominee Directors of the Financial Institutions until load taken from them is repaid.


5. Two Directors to be nominated by the State Government having intimate knowledge of the Sugar Industry and are professionally qualified.


6. Managing Director as appointed by the State Government.

The State Government has nominated three Directors as under :-

1. Deputy Commissioner as Chairman
2. Managing Director, Haryana State Federation of Coop. Sugar Mills Ltd., or his nominee.
3. Registrar, Cooperative Societies, or his nominee.
